Stretch marks are very irritating and hard to get rid of. Most woman have to experience stretch marks at least one area of the body. It’s not caused by pregnancy, gaining weight or losing weight too fast can be the factors that cause stretch marks as well. Not to mention genetic factors that can play a role. Stretch marks may look different on each of us. The appearance of them depends on the color of your skin. Some start out as pink, brown, dark brown and fade over time to white color.

Massage the products deeply into the area such as breasts, belly, hips and buttocks. It will make the area hydrated and easy to be treated. This may take at least 2-3 months until you see the improvement.

Vitamin C can also increase the collagen and help early stage of stretch marks. Take Vitamin V supplements 500 mg/ three times a day. Glycolic acid is an alpha hydroxyl acid that works on stretch marks by boosting collagen production. The treatment by using Glycolic acid costs around $100 with professionals. This treatment will work better if you take Vitamin C supplements along with the treatment. They can work together on healing stretch marks.

Another way that is popular for stretch marks treatment will be laser treatment. It is used by many dermatologists to get rid of stretch marks. Lasers can promotes new collagen and make stretch marks disappear. For the red and purple marks, it is easier to be treated. Dermatologists will use a vascular laser to target swollen and inflamed blood vessels which will help skin cell production and increase collagen production at the same time. However, it is not that all the stretch marks will be disappeared since the first time of treatment. It depends on how bad those marks are and if they’re in the early stage or later stage. The treatment will smudge the lines of stretch marks and make them less distinct. Laser treatment is the most popular for healing stretch marks and it costs more. It is expensive but gives the most effective results. You can get the laser treatment as you wish but just don’t expect perfection.

Stretch marks can happen at any age, both boys and girls. It is not something untreatable. There are ways to treat them. But the most effective ways are to prevent those marks since the beginning. It is recommended to apply moisturizer products everyday for maintaining great and hydrated skin, especially on breasts, belly, hips and buttocks.
